What we collect

When a customer sends a pull-list request or contacts the shop, Old Major may collect their name, email address, the titles they ask about, and any notes they include. That is all. There are no customer accounts and no passwords.

What we do not collect

The shop takes no payments through this website and does not ship orders. No card numbers, billing details, or delivery addresses are collected, processed, or stored here. Payment happens in person, in the shop.

How it is used

Information is used to answer pull-list requests, tell customers when their books are in, and reply to questions. Emails come directly from the shop's own mailbox, sent individually. Customer information is never sold or shared as marketing data.

Where it is stored

Requests are stored in the shop's own private database, and email is sent through the shop's own email account. Those providers process only what is needed to run the pull list.

Your choices

To be removed from the pull list, or to request access, correction, or deletion of what the shop holds, contact the shop using the published store contact information.
